5. How to choose Fiber /CO2/ UV /Mopa Laser ?
Fiber laser: Fiber laser marking machine for hard, brittle, dark material marking has a great advantage.That is to say, the vast majority of metal materials, as well as some plastic and other specific non-metallic materials, optical fiber laser marking machine can be played.
CO2 laser: Suitable for wood, paper, plastic ,PVC,ABS,acrylic, and other materials, used for gift food packaging leather, textiles, etc.

We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can not learn how to use it, we can help you by online video software. Or we can talk by phone, email or other contact ways.
Q2: This type is not suitable for me, do you have more type available?
we can supply many different design type and machine power . and laser wattage (ranging from 3 watts to 100 watts) ,Please tell us your requirements
Q3: What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
The machine has 13 months guarantee. Core parts has 24 months guarantee . If it breaks down, our technician will figure out what the problem . Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
Q4:How about the documents ,contracts? And how long is the delivery time?
We will offer Commercial Invoice, Proforma invoice ,Packing List, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients. For standard machines, it would be 5-10 workdays; For customized machines and according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
Q5:How's the payment?
100%Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) to our official company bank account or Western Union(WU) or via Made-in-China trade insurance order payment.
Q6:Do You Arrange Shipment for The Machines?
For EXW price ,we could send machines to any Chinese sea port warehouse .
For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange International Freight Forwarding agency to help you deliver it, or you can find agency them in your country.

1.Anti-collision package edge: All parts of the machine are covered with some soft materials, mainly the use of pearl wool
2.Fumigation wooden box:Our wooden box is fumigated, do not need to check the wood, saving the transport time.
3.Whole film packaging machine: Avoid all damage that may occur during delivery. Then we will cover the plastic package tightly to ensure that the soft material is covered intact, also avoiding water and rust. The outermost is a wooden box with a fixed template
