Flying UV laser marking machine
The Flying UV laser marking machine can make high contrast markings on sensitive products. Fly UV colours the surface of the product with a photo chemical process; the heat produced by the marking is so limited that it does not damage even the most sensitive materials: from cables for aeronautics and transparent or coloured hoses to medical plastics for invasive procedures and antifire plastics for housing electronic or glass components.

1. Collect all accessories and and spare parts together one by one based on the order list ,and check all parts carefully once more to ensure all parts are included.

+ packing belt and then fix the machine to ensure the safety of the machine during transportation.

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine without materials for a few days, and then mark materials for test.
After making sure the machine is the best performance, then ship out the machine.
After sale service
1.Details english manual book which explain the use of machines and software. Guide the customer proper use, extend product life and reduce energy consumption.
2.English documents instruction to show you how to install the machine according to each machine of order(including photos and words).
3.Online remote support appointment: after receiving your machine you can make appoint 24 hours before install the equipment. then our engineer supply online support when you are ready to start installment.
4.Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.
About warranty
The whole machine warranty is 12 monthes, And the laser source warranty is 18 monthes.
If problems within warranty period ,we do as following:
1)Electrical components: Switching power supply, AC contactor, Switch buttons. If have quality problem in within 12 monthes,we
sent to you a new one and free.
2).Motherboard and galvanometer have quality problems, We will send the new one to you , But the customer needs to return the old part to us.
3).If the laser source have quality problems,the user need send the fiber laser source back to our company and we will repair it and send back to you free.
Note :Product damage by All man-made or accident are not covered.
